About Dalia

Dalia Dayan playing pianoMy teaching consists of preparation to build up any given song/piece through handwritten exercises, customization and care. This brings strong connection in the mind between my students and I. The customized exercises bring complete understanding and therefore fluency in playing the piano for any student and at any level.

My Role as a Music & Piano Instructor

During my lessons, I teach piano-keyboard at preschool through advanced levels, using the “Lo-Kno-Pla” system which enables children to play songs with two hands by the first lesson. My main goal is to make students interested by using individual appropriate approach and specific songs suitable for each student. I also write favorite songs/pieces upon request for them.

In addition to my in-home piano lessons, I give group music creative lessons that include singing, playing, dancing, and music theory. I also conduct individual and group music lessons for mainstream children and children with mild to moderate disabilities including speech-language and attention deficit disorders, emotional behavior disorders, dyslexia, autism spectrum, and cognitive impairments. I monitor the progress of these students and maintain required records, as well as coordinate special events like recitals and school plays.
